Direct Mop Sales Inc offers custom printing of microfiber cloths for property identification, use identification and business promotional purposes. We will only print on our standard cloth which is a specification of high density 300 gram/sm 80/20 split fiber blend woven cloth, sewn into a 16” x 16” size. This is a terry cloth with a “fluffy pile” on the surface which is generally known in the industry as an all purpose microfiber cleaning cloth. This is an excellent cleaning cloth for all types of surfaces including glass, wood, marble, metal and tile. Samples that are printed with Direct Mop Sales Inc and phone number are available to commercial accounts, free of charge for evaluation and testing. The Direct Mop Sales Inc printed sample can be ordered by email addressed to
printing@directmopsales.com with your company name, address, contact person and the details of your specific needs. Once our printing department has confirmed that you are a commercial company a sample will be forwarded, free of any charges. Custom printed samples are available for a fee of $25 for one color sample cloth and $2.00 per sample of each additional cloth color. A custom printed sample will be required for your approval prior to processing of your order and billed at the above rate.
Details:
Graphics: Bold characters of block letters and numbers work best. The surface pile of the fabric limits the detail that can be achieved with logos.
Print Color: Black Only
Printing Area: 2 lines of Information with a maximum length of 8”of character information--Maximum Print Height ¾” Characters—Printed on a single edge or corner of the cloth as show in the picture. Pricing is based on printing one area of the cloth only.
Accuracy: Printing will contain some small variances due to the pile surface of the cloth.
Print Durability: Each cloth is individually printed with a sublimated ink process. In this process the ink is pressurized with high temperature and turns to a gas at transfer. This process provides a permanent print with a non-abrasive surface that will last the life of the product with a minimal amount of fading with normal washing conditions.
Quantity Requirements: Minimum order per run is 100 cloths per design. The minimum quantity can be printed on any mixture of the standard colors of cloths offered by Direct Mop Sales.
Pricing: Published prices include the cloth, the printing, and the transportation costs to deliver the product within the U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Lead Times: Custom samples and printed orders will require a minimum of 7 working days from the receipt of your printing instructions. Orders are run on a first-in first-out basis and an estimated ship date will be offered at the time of your order.
