Free Shipping on Orders $100+
All standard published pricing from DMSI includes free shipping to your door on orders of $100 or more within the contiguous 48 states of the continental U.S. DMSI is not responsible for additional transportation charges assessed for special delivery requirements.
No Minimum Order
Standard stocked products have no minimum order quantity. Orders under $100 have a $15.00 shipping and handling fee to help cover packaging and transportation costs. Custom printed microfiber cloths require a minimum of 100 cloths per type and color.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, call or email us and we'll quote shipping to your location.

You can place your order on our website or in either of the ways below. Phone and email orders get the same pricing and shipping terms as website orders.
- By phone: Call our office at 866-475-8667. Prices will be those posted on our website. Orders of $100 or more ship free within the contiguous 48 states, and we'll quote shipping for destinations outside the contiguous 48 states. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for phone orders.
- By email: Email info@directmopsales.com with the items you wish to purchase, your contact name, shipping address, and a phone number where you can be reached. One of our staff will call you to confirm your order and take payment.
